The Converged Examination Management Technology Platform (CEMTP) is a Federal Government of Nigeria initiative aimed at improving the delivery of examination services and providing prospective candidates affordable access to examinations. Under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Education, CEMTP delivers:

1. A single unified payment for examination services at reduced cost;
2. A better applicant's identity management solution for the examination bodies;
3. A single point of access to activities relating to Nigeria's three major examination bodies:

• Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)
• National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB)
• National Examinations Council (NECO).

CEMTP is designed, developed and managed by a Consortium of three of Nigeria's leading technology services providers:

2. Fleet Technologies Limited
3. Global Portal Services Limited

These service providers are known over the years for implementing and delivering cutting-edge Information Technology solutions within and outside Nigeria.

The Consortium has built a Converged Examination Management platform using a world-class technological framework that is robust, friendly, and interactive for candidates and users of this service.
