- Q1- What is CEMTP?

- Q2- We cannot upload passport. What should we do?
- Ensure the passport is not more than 20kb and is in JPEG format.
- Q3- How can we print students’ photo card?
- Login with the candidate’s Username and Password, Click on the print slip button to print out the photo card.
- Q4- I Forgot my Username or Password?
- Click on the forgot password on the home page, enter the candidate's serial number , pin number and date of birth to reset user name or password.
- Q5- I made a mistake in my name, what should I do?
- You will need to contact support, via this email cemtpconsortium@swglobal.com provide the necessary details for the changes to be made. You can also contact the helpdesk line 08133097210, 08078406568, 09-8704817, 09-8708475 for assistance.
- Q6- Invalid pin. What should we do?
- Please scan the scratch card and send the name and serial number of the candidate to cemtpconsortium@swglobal.com
- Q7- Scratch card already use by unknown person. How can we change it to register our student?
- Scan the scratch card and email it to cemtpconsortium@swglobal.com
- Q8- Mistake in subject/omitted subjects. How can we add or correct?
- Login using the candidate's user name and password click on the “Edit Registration button/link”.
- Q9- We registered a candidate twice (double registration) what should we do?
- Sorry, nothing can be done please buy another scratch card for the affected candidate.
- Q10- Is it possible to modify my registration details after submitting the online form?
- Yes it is possible to change some details but NOT all the details.
- Q11- How do I check my result?
- Results are checked on line. Go to the portal and on the homepage click on “Click here to check your result”, provide the necessary information and click on “View Result”.
- Q12- I forgot my registration number.
